PC Mesh Anonymous Web Surfing - PC Mesh <a href="surf-anonymous.htm">Anonymous Web Surfing</a> is an Internet utility to let users surf the Web anonymously by masking their IP address.

IP address is the unique identification number of any computer connected to the Internet and is detectable by any website that the user is visiting.
IP address contains information about the geographic location of the user and her Internet service provider.

PCMesh Anonymous Web Surfing masks user IP address by redirecting the outgoing Web traffic through free public proxy servers. As a result the user can surf the Web using the proxy server's IP address.

You hereby indemnify and hold harmless PC Mesh and its affiliates against any loss, liability, damages, costs or expenses suffered or incurred by the Indemnified Parties at any time as a result of any claim, action or proceeding arising out of or relating to your use, operation or implementation of the Program. PC Mesh shall not be responsible for any loss, liability, damages, costs or expenses which may be suffered or incurred at any time by you as a result of your reliance upon or use of the Program. PC Mesh shall not be liable for damages of any kind, including general, direct, special, incidental, and consequential damages, resulting from or arising out of this agreement or your use of the program.

The parties hereby expressly exclude the application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods to the Agreement.
